FYI: Releasing the First Treebank for Persian

FYI Body:	We are pleased to announce the availability and freely accessibility of the first developed treebank for Persian called Persian Treebank (PerTreeBank). PertreeBank is an HPSG-based treebank. The data set used in this tree­ bank is from the fre­e­ly avail­able Bi­jank­han Cor­pus.
