Media: Active Revitalization Efforts Stir Extinct South Australian Language
The speech community associated with the extinct Barngarla language spoken in South Australia has secured funds to conduct workshops and revitalization efforts for the next three years. Barngarla is a Pama-Nyungan language that is only preserved in documents that are over 100 years old.
