|Subject:||Tutoring Project for Grad Course|
|Question:||I am attempting research on 'prompted' brainstorming for the purpose to inspire free writing among low proficiency ESL writers (individually and collaboratively) What is the previous and most recent research which is most accredited and cited? And is this a valid question to research on? How will I be able to find results of my own? Do I need to measure the vocabulary and detail improvement within the different attempts of writing?|
|Reply:||I can’t give specific answers to your questions, since writing isn’t part of my research interests, but this discussion posted on ResearchGate might be of interest to you: http://www.researchgate.net/post/How_can_we_improve_writing_skills_among_students In case you’re not familiar with this academic network, membership is free, and the network is quite active. I hope this helps! Madalena|
