Subject: College
Question: My boyfriend is currently interested in switching into a linguistics
major program, but through the research we have done it was
inconclusive which universities truly were the best. In a current
linguist's opinion, What university, preferably in the United States, is
the best for entering the field today?

Thank you for your time and consideration,

Catherine Atchley

Reply: Please check our archives, where this has been discussed somewhat. We can't really
answer this question, as the answer would partially depend on what area in linguistics
the person is interested in.
