My boyfriend is currently interested in switching into a linguistics major program, but through the research we have done it was inconclusive which universities truly were the best. Indeed. Other considerations include: what places appeal to you? how much money do you have? do you want to be close to friends and family? is there anywhere you can get a scholarship? However brilliant the program, if you were in a place with weather you hated and far away from all that's dear to you (a skier in Florida; a surfer in Chicago.....), you'd be miserable. Anthea |
