| Meeting Description: |
After the conferences organized in Orléans in 2010 and Tours in 2011, the Réseau Français de Phonologie (RFP) is launching a call for papers for a new meeting in the same spirit that will take place in Paris from June 25 to 27, 2012 thanks to the CNRS and to Paris 3, Paris 7, Paris 8 and Paris 10 Universities.
Phonologists of every school or background are warmly welcome to participate. Issues at stake may be in the field of general phonology or of the phonological analysis of a linguistic phenomenon of a specific language. Submissions that will be taken into consideration will be those dealing with signal processing, perception, acquisition, diachrony, dialectology, formalism, epistemology and all issues which explicitly file under the field of phonology and its interfaces. We will also have the pleasure to welcome as invited speakers: Andrew Nevins (University College London) Martine Grice (Institut für Linguistik Köln) Larry Hyman (University of California Berkeley) Charles Reiss (Concordia University) Marie-Hélène Côté (Université d'Ottawa) |
