Meeting Description: El Colegio de México and Indiana University announce the 6th Laboratory Approaches to Romance Phonology.

The 6th Laboratory Approaches to Romance Phonology (LARP-6) is a bi-annual conference for research that is based on laboratory and instrumental approaches to the study of Romance phonology. The conference theme for this occasion is ‘Linguistic Varieties in Contact’ (both between languages and dialects).

The conference will take place at El Colegio de México, (México D.F.) from October 3-5, 2012. The organizing committee consists of Esther Herrera Zendejas (eherrera@colmex.mx), Pedro Martín Butragueño (pmartin@colmex.mx) and Erik Willis (ewwillis@indiana.edu).
