Meeting Description:	The Association for the Study of Language Acquisition AEAL (Asociación para el Estudio de la Adquisición del Lenguaje) is oriented to the study of the acquisition and learning of Spanish, Catalan, Galician and Basque languages by children and adolescents. Its triennial conference is a great occasion for meeting experts in language acquisition working in a varied set of areas such as grammar, lexicon, discourse, pragmatics, psycholinguistics, neurolinguistics, sociolinguistics, language didactics and pedagogy. This conference will deal with issues concerning oral and written language comprehension, production and processing in the following areas: Phonetic and phonological development Lexical-semantic development Morphosyntactic development Discourse and pragmatic development Atypical language development Didactic intervention and language development Sign languages development VII AEAL Conference will focus its attention on language research dealing with the bilingual and multilingual and acquisition of any of the four languages of reference and other languages in contact with any of them as well, especially on studies involving a minorized language. AEAL 2013 is organized by HIJE (Language Acquisition and Use) UPV/EHU research group with the help of UNESCO Chair of World Language Heritage (http://www.unesco-hizkuntza-katedra.ehu.es).
