Meeting Description:	We are happy to announce that the ELSJ 6th International Spring Forum is to be held at University of Tokyo, Japan. All presentations and discussions will be conducted in English. Forum dates: Saturday April 27-Sunday April 28, 2013 Location: University of Tokyo, 1-3-7 Hongo, Bunkyo-ku, Tokyo-to, 0033-113, Japan Organizing Committee: Etsuro Shima (Chair) Contact: forum-elsj@kaitakusha.co.jp Registration Fee: ELSJ members: 2,000 yen Non-members: 5,000 yen Non-member students: 3,000 yen Visa Applications for Participants: The majority of international participants attending the conference will not need to arrange a visa before entering Japan, but to confirm please check that your country is included in: http://www.mofa.go.jp/j_info/visit/visa/short/novisa.html of visa exempt countries.
