Meeting Description:	The Students’ Conference of Linguistics in India (SCONLI) is a two day international conference organized annually by research students of linguistics in India. It started in 2006 with its first meet at EFLU (formerly CIEFL), Hyderabad. The second, third, fourth, fifth and sixth meet of this conference was held in Delhi University, Jawaharlal Nehru University, University of Mumbai, University of Hyderabad, and Banaras Hindu University respectively in 2007, 2008, 2009, 2010, 2011, and 2012 respectively. The seventh meet of this conference is to be held at Aligarh Muslim University, Aligarh. The theme of the conference is ‘Interdisciplinary Approach to Linguistic Research’. The aim of this conference has been to organize a meet for the research students of different areas in linguistics. This conference provides a platform for the students/research scholars to present and discuss their research work amidst a national and international audience. The 7th SCONLI is being organized by the Department of Linguistics, Aligarh Muslim University, Aligarh in collaboration with Central Institute of Indian Languages, Mysore. This is a two day conference followed by a one day workshop on different themes. Registration Fees: Students getting scholarship: Rs. 500/- Students not getting scholarship: Rs. 300/- Foreign Nationals: $ 25/- The registration procedure may be completed on arriving at the Conference venue. (The registration fee is likely to be lessened as per the availability of the fund.) Accommodation and Travel: Accommodation will be provided to all outstation participants. The travel support to out-station participants will be provided (as admissible by CIIL, Mysore).
