Meeting Description:	The intention of the workshop is to bring together economists with sociolinguists, political scientists and sociologists, as well as scientists from other disciplines without removing the focus of the workshop from economics. The aim of the conference is a scientific exchange on language-policy issues from different methodological perspectives, furthering the development of the field of economics and language and strengthening its theoretical and empirical connections to research on language policy and language planning based in other disciplines.
