"Buenos dias", "buenas noches" -- this was the first words in a foreign language I heard in my life, as a three-year old boy growing up in developing post-war Western Germany, where the first gastarbeiters had arrived from Spain. Fascinated by the strange sounds, I tried to get to know some more languages, the only opportunity being TV courses of English and French -- there was no foreign language education for pre-teen school children in Germany yet in those days. Meeting Description: The conference will provide an exciting opportunity to share researches with colleagues from Ukraine and from around the world, integrating basic scientific research with experiments. We hope that the meeting will attract a lot of scholars and researchers and we expect it to be a forum for intense and productive scientific collaboration.

Among the main conference topics are:

- General, social, developmental, pedagogical issues of psycholinguistics
- Speech and language disorders and pathologies
- Applied aspects of psycholinguistics

The conference sites are Lesia Ukrainka East European National University in Lutsk and the University's Sport and Health Camp Hart at the Svityaz' Lake. Ukrainian, English, and Russian are working languages of the conference.

The conference fee is 35 Euros and is paid on the spot. The amount covers coffee breaks, publication of the article, transport, and other services.
