Meeting Description: The 11th International Conference on General Linguistics is the next in the series of biennial conferences that have been held at Spanish universities since 1994 to provide a forum for dialogue and debate on language and languages: Valencia (1994), Granada (1996), Salamanca (1998), Cádiz (2000), León (2002), Santiago de Compostela (2004), Barcelona (2006), Madrid (2008), Valladolid (2010) and Zaragoza (2012).

The conference will consist of different types of session devoted to the analysis of diverse aspects of language from a range of theoretical perspectives.
