Meeting Description:	2nd Conference on ELT in the Islamic World December 6-7, 2012 Tehran, Iran The Iran Language Institute announces the 2nd Conference on ELT in the Islamic World in Tehran, Iran, on December 6-7, 2012. The conference aims at providing a platform for global academic exchange on the key principles underpinning the teaching, learning, and assessing of English as a foreign language (EFL) across the Islamic world. Venturing into different aspects of the various thematic categories, the conference seeks to create a dialogue between scholars, researchers, and practitioners to share their expertise and explore their research perspectives on a wide range of ELT-related topics. The two conference days will feature sessions based on a number of keynote speeches, invited and contributed papers, as well as poster presentations.
