The Department of Linguistics at the University of Southern California (USC) is proud to host the third Formal Approaches to South Asian Languages (FASAL) workshop. The main aim of this workshop is to provide a platform to discuss South Asian Linguistics from the perspective of formal syntax, semantics and morphology. Invited speakers K.A. Jayaseelan (Hyderabad) Anoop Mahajan (UCLA) Tanmoy Bhattcharya (Delhi) We invite submissions for 20-min talks plus 10mins for discussion. Abstracts must be anonymous, in PDF format, 2 pages (A4 or letter), in a font size no less then 11pt, and with margins of 1 inch /2.5cm.
