Fun story behind this recipe:
I invented the recipe myself but I am not sure whether this recipe was not published somewhere.
Anyway, eggs fried this way taste really great.

Walnut kernels (4 nuts)
1-1.5 tbsp grapeseed oil
4 hen eggs
Optional 1: salt, white pepper
Optional 2: 2-3 cloves garlic
Walnut kernels (4 nuts) cut to pieces of 4-6 mm size are heated moderately under cover on frying pan with the use of good grade edible oil (e.g. 1 tablespoon of grapeseed oil) and 1 tbsp of water.
After 3-4 minutes eggs are broken (for instance four) and fried under cover until egg's white solidify.
A bit of salt and white pepper is optional.
Garlic is also optional - if added, 2-3 cloves are thinly sliced and added when frying is almost done - after that you have to keep the frying pan covered 2-3 minutes (without further heating).
