Baked Pineapple

2 eggs
1/2 cup sugar
2 tbsp cornstarch
1/4 tsp salt
1 tbsp margarine
1 20-oz can unsweetened crushed pineapple

Cooking Instructions:
In a 2-quart casserole dish, beat the eggs, then stir in sugar, cornstarch, salt and margarine. Drain the excess juice from the pineapple and stir it in. Sprinkle cinnamon on top. Bake uncovered for 45 minutes at 350°F. (When doubling the recipe, bake for an hour and a quarter.)
