Grated Parmesan cheese
Wash leeks, cut out very green part, cut in half if too long.
Boil with salt for approximately 20 minutes.
Heat up oven.
Remove leeks, rinse water thoroughly.
Place leeks on oven-resistant dish. If a leek is too thick, you may cut it in half lengthwise.
Pour some olive oil, place some pieces of butter, sprinkle with grated parmesan cheese.
Grill for 5 minutes or until cheese is golden.
