LINGUIST Mega-Lingoku

We have truly saved the hardest for last. Our Master Puzzler, Edward Kmett, has devised some deviously hard puzzles for you.

This puzzle uses a Lingoku format like last week, but this time, it uses vowels from the IPA chart. There is one unique solution, and the ones who give it to us first will win fabulous prizes. Are you up to the challenge of Mega-Lingoku?

You can use each IPA Vowel (except the greyed-out ones) exactly once per row, once per column and once per block.

If nothing else, this puzzle should test your unicode skills. Winners who submit their answer in unicode will be given precedence over other submitters for prizes!
