Qingdao   City Introduction
Qingdao, a beautiful seaside city with a temperate monsoon climate, is located in the northeast part of Shandong Province. In addition, Qingdao is a major city for finance and foreign trade in Shandong province. The red roofs, green trees, blue sea, and azure sky together make the picturesque scenery in Qingdao.

It is an open scenic spot and a symbol of Qingdao with a century history. It is also one of the best scenic spots in Qingdao.

May 4th Square   May 4th Square
It is an open scenic spot located near the center of downtown. The main sculpture named "May Breeze" erected in the square is a new symbolic attraction in Qingdao.

Scenic Area   Badaguan Scenic Area
Badaguan Scenic Area has groups of European style architectures together with quiet avenues. It is colored a brilliant red by a mass of blooms in Spring and Summer and features its red maple leaves in Autumn and Winter.

Laoshan, 30km from the downtown of Qingdao, is a well-known scenic area for its Taoist Temples. With its highest peak rising 1,133 meters above sea level, Laoshan is situated on the southeastern Shangdong peninsula. Facing the Yellow Sea, it is one of China's major scenic resorts and has long held the reputation as the No. 1 Famous Mountain on the Sea. Everybody who has been to Laoshan will find its characteristic: no matter how high the mountain is, you can see water on it. Famous springs are everywhere on the mountain.

Located at Huiquan Bay, the beach is 580 meters long with flat surface and no submerged rock and spire. It features an integration of nature and the city and the coastal city appearance.

Seafood in Qingdao
Qingdao is rich in seafood, including fish, prawns, shellfish and sea weed. By virtue of its seafront location, seafood rightfully dominates the menus, ranging in cooking styles from spicy Sichuan to sweet and heavy Shanghai. Here you can taste seafood with distinctive flavors. Laoshan Laoshan
