1. Syntax. The Department of Linguistics at Harvard University has been authorized to make a one-year appointment in generative syntax or the syntax/semantics interface at the rank of Lecturer on Linguistics for 1999-2000. Three years post-doctoral teaching experience preferred. Areas of interest include but are not limited to semantics, language acquisition, and sociolinguistics.
