My name is Matt Grebisz. I am a project manager with a company called
Global Software Solutions. We are a Software localization company
located in Portland, Oregon.

I am currently recruiting German linguists for the Documentation
translation of a web based Management Control Software. This linguist
will have proven experience with the translation of client/server, (ERP)
Enterprise Resource Planning, or related Web-based products. Any
specific experience working Oracle, KM, Marimba, PeopleSoft, or SAS is
a definate plus.

A detailed glossary is in development and translation of the Resources
will begin shortly. We would like to begin translation of the
documentation around the 21st of this month. There are two documents
which will need translation. Doc A. has a word count of 21,000 words,
Doc B. has a word count of 38,000 words. The translation environment for
these documents is Frame Maker 5.5. Deadlines will be discussed when
expressed interest is shown in the project.

If you feel you would be qualified to work on a project of this nature
and you are interested or available please submit an updated resume to
me. It is very important that this resume demonstrates experience with
translation of Web-Based, or Client/Server Softwares. Also, please go
to our web site and fill out the Linguist Questionnaire, making sure to
list references and rates. Once I receive your CV or resume I will
contact you to discuss details of the project. If you are not
interested or available feel free to submit your resume as well. GSSI
will update a folder for you and contact you with project offerings in
the future.

Thanks for the time, I hope to talk to you soon. I will be away from my
office on the 16th so any questions will have to wait until the 19th.
