In a query 2 weeks ago I asked for evidence confirming the hypothesis that the declinability of numerals imply the declinability of nouns. Now, as has been pointed out to me by Remy Videraz: There's another question that should be asked on this respect: Does any one of you Linguists know of a language that inflects numerals but does not inflect nouns? Probably my former query was not explicit enough on this respect and I would appreciate such information as well! Thank you in advance Dr. Ursula Doleschal Inst. f.
