VENICE SACKED??!! So it seems, at least for next September and October: an
unpredictable and uncouth tourist invasion has prevented our previous dates
to be kept.
I have been obliged to change dates and I obtained preliminary reservation
for rooms only as long as the actual bookings arrive within three months
from now. So please book your room first as soon as possible, but please
remember that it should be done before the end of may.

CONFERENCE REGISTRATION: information, fee & registration form

In this message we give basic information for registration. More
information is available at the website. To register: use the registration
vform and send it back to the mail address of the Conference.

You are kindly requested to bring a copy of this form together with a copy
of the bank transfer documents to the conference secretariat at your
arrival.
To register early for the conference (see fees) your registration form and
payment reach us by 15 June 1999.
The conference registration fee includes: conference fee, conference
package, welcoming party (Sunday), reception, 6 coffee breaks, and
Proceedings.

Cancellation of conference participation must be sent to the conference
secretariat. For cancellations before September 1999 there will be a 90%
refund; after 1 September 1999 no refund is possible.

La cancellazione dalla conferenza deve essere inviata alla Segreteria della
Conferenza. Per cancellazioni prima di Settembre 1999 ci sara' un rimborso
del 90%; dopo il 1 Settembre 1999 non sara' possibile alcun rimborso.
