The Foreign Language Department at the University of Pinar del Rio 
"Hermanos Saiz Montes de Oca" invite all language teachers, 
researchers, specialists and students to participate in the Second 
International Conference "Language, Communication and Development" to 
be held on February 9-12, 2000 at the university campus.

more than 250 words in Spanish or English language before July

A complete copy of the papers must be submitted to the organizing 
committee
