My dear colleages, I am doing research on temporality in French and in German. I would ask a native French and a native German speaker what kind of difference do they feel in following sentences: A) J'tais aujourd'hui au supermarch pour acheter des stylos. Thanks for your help in advance! My name is Scot Zola and I'm a student at Arizona State University. I'm currently trying to learn some Lakota, and not being fortunate enough to have access to a native speaker, I've run into a snag. I was hoping someone would know the answer to the following 2 questions: 1) Is it possible to attach three pronouns to a stem without a preposition ? If so... 2) How would one say "I gave you him" or "You sent us her" ? Any information would be really helpful. Thanx.
