The EACL '99 conference is this year's biggest academic event in
Computational Linguistics taking place in Europe. There will be two
tutorial sessions on June 8th, 1999, with two tutorials each.

Call for Papers
Abstracts are being solicited for 20-minute presentations (plus 10 
minutes of discussion) on all areas of formal linguistics. 

Abstract requirements	
Please send:
a.	7 copies of an anonymous one-page abstract, 1-inch margins on all 
	sides, 12pt font, letter size;
b.	An additional page is allowed for references and data (no text);
c.	A separate page indicating the title of the paper, the author's 
	name, affiliation, mailing address, e-mail address and telephone number
