These positions involve teaching (preparation of lectures, preparation

preferably in the area of the course. A completed Ph.D. is desirable.

The Department of Linguistics at the University of California, San Diego
has a tenure-track opening at the Assistant Professor level for a
specialist in phonology. Strength in a language area is desirable. A
Ph.D. in linguistics is required. A letter of application, a curriculum

To be considered for an interview at the LSA meetings in January
