Applicants must have an advanced degree in CS/EE with emphasis in computational linguistics. Experience in developing TTS systems and background in phonetics, phonology and prosody would be a plus. The successful candidate will contribute to our R&D efforts in multilingual text-to-speech synthesis and investigate corpus-based methods for designing TTS system components with the ultimate goal of integrating these developments into new Panasonic products.
