The successful applicant's main duty will be to teach two courses in linguistics. Other responsibilities include assessment, research and administration. Candidates will be expected to have completed or to be currently working on a PhD in one of the following areas: Pragmatics, Sociolinguistics, Discourse Analysis, Second Language Acquisition or Psycholinguistics. Relevant teaching experience is an advantage. Ideally, candidates should be native speakers of either English or German.
