This posting is to call for responses from linguists who might be interested in having a discussion list devoted solely to lexical issues, from no particular framework. There are lists for syntax, historical work, phonology, discourse, even iconicity, but nothing really for basic issues concerning the lexicon. Let me know if you would be interested in seeing such as list created and what issues you might like to see tackled. I will post a summary of responses. Thank you. Hell, My name is Guili Sun. I am from P.R.China. In order to better the teaching of English in China, I am doing a research on English teaching methodology adopted by English native speakers who have experience of teaching English in China in the past decade. If you have such experience, would you please write to guili_sunMail to author|Respond to list|Read more issues|LINGUIST home page|Top of issuehotmail.com or gs0006
