our Princeton, NJ campus for junior to senior-level Scientists. This is
an opportunity to join colleagues engaged in educational research, be
personally responsible for specific research projects and to grow
professionally. You will be engaged in Natural Language Processing
research. Candidates should have the ability to apply scientific,
technical and programming skills in designing and conducting natural
language processing research studies and in developing and contributing
to the development of new products or services for education.

The successful applicant will have the following qualifications: a Ph.D.
in Computer Science or Computational Linguistics with solid programming
skills and an interest in natural language processing research for
purposes of automated writing analysis, generation, instruction and
assessment. Experience in corpus-based and statistical natural language
processing techniques is required. Evidence of independent substantive
research experience is required and the successful candidate is expected
to be able to contribute to new or modified theories of natural language
processing as applied to educational and psychological processes.
