Dialog Designer


Responsibilities

* Envision, create and optimize dialogs for our next-generation
 interactive speech services.
* Develop use-case scenarios, design and refine challenging interactive
 dialogs for easy-to-use applications.
* Analyze recognition performance and tune system recognition. 


Required Qualifications

* Interest in speech recognition technology.
* Computer-Human Interface skills.
* Excellent written and verbal skills.
* Analytical problem solving ability.
* Thrive in a fast-paced environment.
* Fluent in spoken and written English.
* BS combining Computer Science with Linguistics, Cognitive Sciences or
 Psychology. 

Desired Qualifications

* Familiarity with speech recognition, speech coding and pattern recognition. 
* Experience with Dialog Design and recognition data analysis and/or
 usability studies.

Required Qualifications

* Proven product management skills including the successful launch of
 new web-based services or software products.
* 3+ years of product management experience.
* Technical degree or MBA. Both is a plus.
* Proven marketer with ability to create and deliver marketing messages,
 collateral and presentations.
* Experience and background in one of the following areas:
 communications applications (IVR, Call Center, Voice Processing, etc.)
 location sensitive applications, consumer software.
* Understanding of the software development process.
* Previous experience in a startup company desirable.
