The Department of Linguistics at the University of Colorado, Boulder, seeks candidates for an Assistant Professor position in sociolinguistics. The successful candidate will demonstrate original contributions to sociolinguistic theory, based on research conducted on spoken language data. The successful candidate will be a dynamic undergraduate teacher; successful experience in large-lecture courses is highly desirable. The department seeks candidates who can contribute to our collaborative research programs.
