This is to announce the moderated email list "acalist", which will carry
information on the Annual Conference on African Linguistics. The list is
intended as a vehicle of communication between the organisers of ACAL and
potential conference participants (announcing the call for papers,
conference schedule, etc), so messages will only come from the conference
organisers. To subscribe to the list, send an email message to
majordomoling.ohio-state.edu, with the text

 subscribe acalist your-email-address

You should send this email message using the account which you with to be
subscribed to the list. You will then receive an automatic message asking
for confirmation that you wish to be added to the subscription list. To
remove your name from the subscription list, send the message

 unsubscribe acalist your-email-address

to majordomoling.ohio-state.edu. This unsubscribe information will also be
appended to all messages from acalist.
