The International Association for the Integrational Study of Language and Communication will hold its first conference on the theme of 'The Language Myth in Western Culture' from July 3 to July 6, 2000, at Goldsmiths College, London. Topics broached range from mathematical notation to non-representational art to Schopenhauer and music, each explored in relation to the language myth. All interested are cordially invited.
