Tasks include data collection, dictionary procurement & development, acoustic model training, productization, software/engineering, & QA. The candidate should have a good working knowledge of most of these areas, and be able to come up to speed in the rest very quickly. He/she should have very good project and people management skills. Within-company communications (e.g. with Sales, Marketing, and Engineering) is a key job component.
