Dear Subscribers:


We're sorry; the message sent out earlier (Issue 11.753) was a bit
confusing. Here is what we what we meant to say:

If you donated by credit card in the past two months (including until
noon DST, on Monday, April 3), and your name is not among the three
listed at the end of this message, could you please contact us as soon
as possible at linguistlinguistlist.org. We've had a software error
and we need to make sure that our donor list is accurate. We would
like to emphasize that the software problem did not in any way
compromise anyone's security, and it has now been fixed. Donations by
credit card to LINGUIST are now going through normally.
