HRVATSKA AKADEMIJA i/kaj AKADEMIO DE ZNANOSTI I UMJETNOSTI ESPERANTO CROATIAN ACADEMY OF and ACADEMY OF SCIENCES AND ARTS ESPERANTO International Symposium on Language Planning and Lexicology The Croatian Academy of Sciences and Arts and the Academy of Esperanto are organizing a joint international symposium on Language Planning and Lexicology, to be held in Zagreb, Croatia, July 28--30, 2001. The working languages are Croatian, Esperanto, English, and French. The opening ceremony of the Symposium will take place in the afternoon of Saturday, July 28, and the symposium will end in the afternoon of Monday, July 30, 2001. Venue The Palace of the Croatian Academy, Zagreb. Contributions Contributions to the symposium are invited. Prospective contributors should send their papers in electronic form to Professor Geraldo Mattos, <mattosMail to author|Respond to list|Read more issues|LINGUIST home page|Top of issuesuper.com.br>, before the end of November 2000. Accepted contributions will be published in a volume that will be ready before the Symposium.
