GLOW IN ASIA 2002 National Tsing Hua University, Taiwan Colloquium Dates: January 4-6, 2002 Submission Deadline: June 1, 2001 Second Call for Papers We are happy to announce that the third GLOW in Asia will be hosted by National Tsing Hua University at Hsinchu, Taiwan. We will follow the tradition of Hyderabad (India) and Nanzan (Japan), seeking to promote generative linguistics in Asia, and to facilitate the interaction between European, American and Asian linguists. The colloquium will consist of approximately 20 talks of 45 minutes each, followed by 15 minutes of discussion. Abstracts in all areas of theoretical linguistics are welcome. Students will be partially subsidized for their travel expenses.
