The Linguistics Program at the University of Alaska at Fairbanks seeks to fill a one-year, full-time temporary position in Linguistics. This is a sabbatical replacement position. Teaching load is three courses per semester. Responsibilities: Teach courses in language and culture, language acquisition, second language teaching, bilingualism, language and gender, introductory linguistics, or other areas as determined by departmental needs and the background of the applicant. Required Qualifications: * Ph.D. in Linguistics or related field, though ABD will be considered. * A demonstrated record of teaching and scholarship.
