The successful candidates will be in charge of the design and realization of a multilingual (French, English + possibly German) on-line course on Information Theory, from material produced by the editing comitee. Required profile: - Masters degree in Computer Science or Applied Mathematics (or related domains). For the project leader: Ph.D. or experience in web course design. - skills in Web site design, Java / Javascript, HTML, etc... - French or English as first language; fluency in a second language (English, French or German). Experience and interest for distance learning and Information Theory would be a plus. Linguists are encouraged to apply. Starting date: September 2001, in principle.
