You should have:

A PhD or equivalent in computer science, (computational) linguistics,
cognitive science, or some interesting mixture thereof.

Practical experience in building dialog systems.

The ability to work effectively in the UNIX and/or NT environments.

An endearing personality and a good sense of humor.
