Interests in an allied area, such as cognition or natural language philosophy, will be assets. Applications should include a CV, support of excellence in teaching, a statement of research interests, samples of recent work, and three letters of reference. The PhD at time of assumption of duties is required. The deadline for receipt of application materials is December 10, 2001. We expect to interview candidates at the LSA meetings Jan. 3-6, 2002 in San Francisco.
