UNIVERSITY GRADUATE SCHOLARS AWARD
FRENCH GRADUATE STUDIES

The Program of Graduate Studies in French at Arizona State University
has the possibility of offering two University Graduate Scholars Awards
along with teaching assistantships to outstanding students wishing to
pursue a Master of Arts degree in French. Unlike many other M.A.
programs in the United States, we offer numerous courses in linguistics,
translation, and francophone literature and culture in addition to a
full complement of courses in French literature. I would appreciate it
if you could nominate your best students for these awards. Please feel
free to share this information with appropriate colleagues. For further
