You will work closely with project managers, the Artificial Intelligence team and customers in an on-going effort to enhance and maintain a growing number of proprietary knowledge bases and other information models for use in internet enabled customer care solutions. You will be responsible for gathering and documentation of business process requirements, maintenance and customization of knowledge bases and other information models as relevant to specific client engagements and development of new domains, and testing and evaluation of knowledge base performance. The successful candidate will be presentable to customers and have a strong command of the English language. Multi-lingual candidates are encouraged to apply. Required Skills: - A solid understanding of English grammar, including the ability to categorize words (parts of speech) - Good organizational skills and excellent attention to detail. - Outstanding communication and language skills - Broad, relevant knowledge of technology - Experience working across multiple teams - Basic working knowledge of OO class hierarchy principles, design and implementation Desired Skills: - Any background in Computer Science, Information Sciences, Linguistics, or Artificial Intelligence - Knowledge of external information modeling efforts - Previous knowledge of engineering or business analyst experience. - Domain expertise or technical background in insurance and/or on-line retail domains - Experience with any of the following: Ms Access, Prolog or LISP, ontology browsers/editors.
