We are looking for individuals to join our team of Linguists and Voice
Analysts. 

The primary responsibility is to provide feedback to customers on the
health of their system as well as to optimize system performance and
caller satisfaction. Responsibilities include:

1) Analysis by obtaining data using remote file transfers, listening
to calls and categorizing the results;

2) Report creation using a combination of Excel and proprietary
software to create reports which are sent to the customer as well as
to Sales, Technical Support, and R & D;

3) Customer recordings maintenance which incudes coordinating
requirements for professional recordings, updating customer
recordings.

For this position you must have a high level of comfort with Windows
environment including Windows Explorer, networks, drives and file
types; have the ability to learn quickly with attention to detail;
have excellent flexibility and troubleshooting skills; have the desire
and ability to take initiative in a fast-paced environment; and have a
background in linguistics.
