Abstracts are invited for 20-minute talks. Use MS Word and send the abstract as an attachment file titled with your name. Do not use special formatting or fonts. Abstracts should be no more than one 8-1/2 by 11 page in length. An additional page for data and references may be included. Abstracts should be in 11-point type or larger, single spaced, with 1-inch margins. Include the following information at the end in the abstract: paper title, area (SLA, CALL, etc.), name of author(s), affiliation(s), mailing address, e-mail address, and phone number(optional). *** E-MAIL SUBMISSION Submissions are limited to 1 individual and 1 joint abstract per author.
