Candidates must also be willing to teach ESL courses, serve as thesis advisor, do research, and publish. Interest in participating in curriculum design, administration, and/or direction of the ESL program is a definite plus. A Ph.D. in Linguistics or Applied Linguistics required. Knowledge of Spanish is desirable but not required at the time of the initial contract. Teaching load of 12 credits per semester, competitive salary.
