Dear Linguists, I am writing to you to ask you for some information. I am writing my M.A. thesis here in Poland at Jagiellonian University - English philology. I am facing awful problems because I cannot find any books that I could use for my M.A. project. It's partially connected with the topic that my tutor has given me. The topic is "Idioms with First Names". I kept searchin libraries in Warsaw, Cracow, Gdansk, Kalisz, Poznan and I found only one book about the theory of Idioms. But that is not enough. I will be very grateful if you could give me some information where to write for help or who could help me. I count on your help. I am looking forward to hearing from you soon.
